About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at R Gill Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise professional and support staff and students to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including developing venture capital sources and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing reports, research papers, educational texts or articles, and conducting analytical marketing studies.
  • Design market research questionnaires and develop a portfolio of marketing materials to support business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments, and conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of development projects and the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
