Salary
The salary range for this position is $106,026 to $152,413, with the actual salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity reviews.
Job Description
The Manager, Employee Experience plays a critical role in developing, measuring, and sustaining Interior Health's employee experience objectives within the Human Resources and Professional Practice (HRPP) Portfolio. This involves providing leadership and guidance on activities in support of welcoming workplaces, including those focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); accessibility; Indigenous employee experience; employee recognition and connectedness; continuous listening; and the ongoing employee experience.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of planning, organizing, and directing staff and activities in these areas, including representing Interior Health when engaging with partner organizations and communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline supplemented by employee relations, health management, or other related combination of education/training to support advanced practices.
- Seven (7) years of recent, related experience, including supervisory experience and experience with programs and activities in support of diversity and inclusion, recognition, employee engagement, and welcoming workplaces.
- Experience in program leadership, including successfully implementing policy, programs, and change initiatives in a large, complex health organization.
