As a key member of Big Iron Truck & Equipment Ltd., the Strategic Business Leader will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the implementation of organizational policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgetary responsibility and the ability to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

The Strategic Business Leader will be responsible for establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs. This will involve allocating material, human, and financial resources to achieve business goals, while also ensuring the supervision of a team of 3-4 people. The candidate should have a strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

The Strategic Business Leader will also be responsible for managing the company's wealth management division, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. This will involve working closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies, as well as providing guidance on budgetary matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

The Strategic Business Leader will be a key member of the company's leadership team, working closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company's vision and mission, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people
  • Manage the company's wealth management division
  • Develop and implement financial strategies
  • Provide guidance on budgetary matters

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in finance, with experience in budgetary responsibility and financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Access, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results
