Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with customers, and possess strong organizational abilities. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

As a Lot Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following Home Depot's GET Model of customer service, including greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
  • Maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store.
  • Approaching customers to determine if they need help loading product into vehicles and/or shopping carts.
  • Planning the best method of loading and securing merchandise in customer's vehicle as per Safe Loading Training.
