About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Workforce Services Lead to join our Global People Services team at Astellas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the Workforce Services team, ensuring the provision of exceptional services to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the global Workforce Services Model across all geographies at Astellas, including the outsourcing of HR queries and end-to-end employee lifecycle administration to third-party providers.
  • Develop and execute a global Workforce Services Change and Communications Strategy to ensure a seamless transition and minimize disruption to the organization.
  • Provide leadership and management to the Global Workforce Services Team, driving exceptional service delivery and high performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to standardize HR processes and develop a fit-for-purpose implementation strategy for the Workforce Services Model.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards within the team, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce services, HR operations, or a related field, with a focus on strategic leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
  • Experience working in a global environment, with a focus on cultural competence and collaboration.
