About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Services Lead to join our team at Astellas. As a key member of our People Services Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the Workforce Services team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing the Global Workforce Services Model across all geographies at Astellas
  • Developing and executing the Global Workforce Services Change and Communications Strategy
  • Providing exceptional Global HR Services from the Workforce Services team
  • Managing the performance of Global HR Service Delivery Partners
  • Leading the Global Workforce Services Team and developing their capabilities
