Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at THE FT. ST. JAMES SKI CLUB. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, preparing and serving food, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food, including loading buspans and trays, operating dishwashers, and placing dishes in storage areas
  • Replenish condiments and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and serving customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
