Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Helper will assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, preparing and serving food, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Prepare and serve food, including cooking, plating, and garnishing.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Food safety certification and ability to obtain.
