As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in building and developing a loyal clientele that recognizes the importance of delivering a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with customers and creating repeat business
  • Demonstrating a genuine interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury
  • Educating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program
  • Participating in Merchandising activities and store maintenance
  • Utilizing resources to conduct new business driving measures and following up with existing clients on all aspects of their current needs
  • Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing merchandise to present and creating opportunities for add-on sales

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
  • A passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store
  • The desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate skills acquired into daily activities
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in supporting retail customer service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
