Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Package take-out food for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a wide selection of food options are available.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently, using a friendly and welcoming tone.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and responsibly.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food preparation.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Repetitive tasks and working under pressure are a normal part of this role.
  • Permanent work term with 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
