Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Burger Baron. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Package take-out food for our customers, ensuring it is prepared to their liking.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as burgers and fries, to meet our high standards.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure we have a wide variety of options for our customers.
  • Take customers' orders, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to keep our restaurant looking its best.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, preparing them for use in our kitchen.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Burger Baron, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and repetitive tasks. You will be expected to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job, providing you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
  • Public transportation is not available, so you will need to have a reliable means of transportation to get to work.
