We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Lead to join our team at Rewind Software in Toronto. This role will involve leading the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.

As a Senior Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data models using SQL, dbt, and BigQuery. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data transformation using dbt and working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. They should have a solid understanding of database structures, schemas, and data modeling techniques, as well as experience with modern data stack tools like Fivetran, dbt, Hightouch, and Census.

You will also be expected to mentor and coach junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
