As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to identify areas for improvement in their procurement processes and developing tailored solutions to optimize cost savings, operational efficiency, and profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Optimization: Identify best practices and evaluate organizational performance to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Craft detailed, actionable roadmaps aimed at optimizing cost savings, operational efficiency, and maximizing profit opportunities.
  • Procurement System Implementation: Guide clients through the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or an equivalent field, combined with relevant professional experience.
  • Consulting experience, either internally or externally, is highly valued.

  • Experience with business transformation initiatives, such as process improvements, governance frameworks, and technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with leading procurement technologies (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba) is a plus.
