Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

LOCA Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
