Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Representative to join our team at Wheatland Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
