Food Service Manager

At Johnny's pizza & wings Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment with a fast-paced atmosphere. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a hot and noisy environment with frequent standing and walking.
