Food Service Manager

At Johnny's pizza & wings Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Prepare Budgets: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that they receive a positive experience and are satisfied with our service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Noisy and hot work environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Team Player: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
