Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
