Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Senior Resident Care Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with medication management, including administration and monitoring
  • Respond to call bells and provide prompt assistance to residents
  • Conduct regular rounds to check on residents' well-being and provide support as needed
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility
  • Current CPR/AED certification and PDSB training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
