We are seeking a Medical Care Professional for our Ste-Marthe Residence for Seniors, a dynamic and supportive environment where our residents receive top-notch care.



About the Job

This role involves working closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional care and support to our elderly residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily tasks, including serving meals, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with daily tasks, such as serving meals and maintaining inventory
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Respond to call signals to determine residents' needs
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Completed a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program from 1 to 2 years
  • Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and sounds
  • Standing for extended periods and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Initiative and flexibility

  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal awareness

Estimated Salary Range

Based on the requirements of the job and the location, the estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, plus benefits.
