About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and supervise employees to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and safety in food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor cash handling and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports, including sales data and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Benefits
