Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Van Yee Gourmet Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
About the Role:
- This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
- You will be responsible for managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintenance of accurate records, efficient inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations are also essential aspects of this position.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and disciplinary measures.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations, coordinating efforts with other departments.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
- A valid Canadian work permit is required.
Additional Information:
- This position is subject to the requirements of the Employment and Social Development Canada.
