About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Maintenance and Support Manager to join our team at Bluebayinvest. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 technical professionals to maintain and support our new KYC and other applications in the Caribbean region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical professionals to maintain and support our applications
  • Contribute to business results as a partner and influencer, and facilitate joint planning with clients in the early stages of maintenance project formation
  • Integrate maintenance project plans and create estimating models as required, refine plans and manage performance against them
  • Facilitate the integration of technology solutions and schedule and cost forecasting, and mentor team leads/team members in determining risk-based provisions
  • Create metrics and manage with a higher level of information, differentiating between project and program metrics
  • Champion strong IT governance in the program decision framework and mentor team members in its development and continuous improvement
  • Resolve complex technical issues and conflicts, including architectural direction vs. task/project constraints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • People management and team leading skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills in relationship DB and SQLServer, SQL, Mango DB concept, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS/CSS, Java, project planning experience with MIS/Planview or MS Project, Kanban Framework/Maintenance Agile Knowledge, and assumption & risk-based plans
