About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Millwright to join our team at Flexstaf IT. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate process equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment, machines, and installations to prevent downtime.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot equipment as needed to resolve functional problems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Install and commission new machines and equipment to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Millwright or electrical certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Available for shift work and willing to work in various weather conditions.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in a maintenance role.
Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be required to stand or sit for long periods, engage in occasional bending, stooping, or squatting, and work in tight or enclosed spaces. They must also be able to perform some heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
