We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Multycare Maintenance Systems Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
