Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at the Miele Experience Centre in Calgary. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistent superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge
  • Embody the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines, ensuring customers enjoy a hassle-free, premium retail experience
  • Drive direct sales and maintain a relationship with existing customers or re-engage customers back to the brand
  • Prepare customer quotes and orders, sell Cash-and-Carry products, cross and up-sell products, and provide owner education and product demonstrations
  • Lead Miele Culinary Institute events, create leads from consumer events, and assist with video/digital content for customer events
  • Ensure customers have the home economic and appliance support necessary to use Miele appliances effectively
  • Connect with the community to host events and activate the Miele Active Kitchen on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years in premium retail sales and customer service experience
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience hosting customer events and presenting in front of small and large groups
  • Culinary experience is preferred, but not required
  • Alberta safe food handling certification is preferred, but not required
