Operations Scheduler

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and security staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate schedules for security staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Communicate effectively with clients and security staff through various telecommunications systems and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and updates to schedules as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is an asset
