Operations Scheduler

Paladin Security is committed to making the world a safer and friendlier place. We're seeking a skilled Operations Scheduler to join our team.
This is a casual, on-call position that requires flexibility and strong communication skills. As an Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating security operations, communicating with clients and security staff, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate security operations, including scheduling and dispatching security staff
- Communicate effectively with clients and security staff using telecommunications systems and equipment
- Maintain accurate records, including security incident reports and staff schedules
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and security staff
- Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software
