Casual Operations Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Casual Operations Scheduler to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling security operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and security staff, and maintaining accurate records of security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule security operations, including dispatching security staff and updating schedules as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and security staff through various telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Update and maintain the security incident database, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and security
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is an asset
