Pizza House Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at Pizza House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Cook (general) supervision
  • South Indian, East Indian, and West Indian cuisine specialties
  • Criminal record check
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
