Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at Pizza House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, urban area, fast food outlet or concession.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
- Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized: Be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
