Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at Pizza House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Pizza House.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, urban area, fast food outlet or concession.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
- Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring that the kitchen and work areas are clean and organized.
