About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director, Resources and Industry to join our team at Post Modern. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the energy and resources sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining and metals sector, building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, with experience in a consulting engineering firm an asset.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic vision, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth.
