Job Title: Operations Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a large workload. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
