About the Role

This innovative position offers a unique opportunity to combine your subject-matter expertise with AI skills development. As an Electrical Engineering AI Model Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring accuracy and relevance of Electrical Engineering content generated by AI.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Electrical Engineering, directly improving the AI's accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Electrical Engineering, helping the AI learn effective reasoning strategies.
  • Red Teaming: Utilize your deep understanding of the field to identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable and applicable outputs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • An Associates' degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • A strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
  • A critical eye to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
  • An interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Compensation and Work Arrangements

This freelance position is compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence and are expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations.

The estimated salary range for this position is $15-$60 USD per hour. We strive to achieve excellence while embracing remote work and have transitioned to a hybrid model with a focus on collaboration and connection within our tech hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland.
