Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect our sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for our cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities to improve our cleaning services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations as needed.

Maintain Financial Records

Ensure that all financial records related to our cleaning services are accurate and up-to-date.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Work Activities

Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other aspects of our business.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are able to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Language

English

Work Hours

35 hours per week
