Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Brar Building Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training new cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The Cleaning Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our cleaning standards.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

The Cleaning Supervisor will inspect sites and facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates

The Cleaning Supervisor will prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.

Recommend Additional Services

The Cleaning Supervisor will recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Maintain Financial Records

The Cleaning Supervisor will maintain accurate financial records, ensuring we are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

The Cleaning Supervisor will assist cleaners in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate Work Activities

The Cleaning Supervisor will coordinate work activities with other departments, ensuring we are working together effectively to achieve our goals.

Establish Work Schedules

The Cleaning Supervisor will establish work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year
