Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Brar Building Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for hiring and training new cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

The supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

The Cleaning Supervisor will conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet our safety and cleanliness standards.

Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates

The supervisor will be responsible for preparing budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.

Recommend Additional Services

The Cleaning Supervisor will identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to management.

Maintain Financial Records

The supervisor will maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and cost estimates.

Assist Cleaners

The Cleaning Supervisor will assist cleaners in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate with Other Departments

The supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Establish Work Schedules

The Cleaning Supervisor will establish work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
