Job Summary

The Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reinsurance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Reinsurance Analyst, you will be responsible for executing established processes within the reinsurance administration outsourcing team with a focus on detail to provide high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze complex reinsurance administration tasks to identify systematic trending issues and data anomalies.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance on administration systems.
  • Support the running of monthly and quarterly administration cycles by reviewing and processing cycle exceptions and reporting.
  • Execute a variety of reinsurance processes using MS Access databases and/or MS Excel worksheets.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on standard reinsurance practices.

Requirements

  • College or University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of insurance and reinsurance concepts.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a reinsurance administration or direct insurance operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, actuarial science, finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Previous insurance operations or financial reporting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, or TAI administration system.
