About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced consultant with a strong background in reinsurance to join our team. As a Senior Consultant - Reinsurance Expert, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, risk profile, and business requirements through interviews and workshops. You will also document requirements, assess, optimize, and implement systems to ensure process improvements and best practices are followed.



About You


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Insurance/ Reinsurance firm or with a Consultancy working with Insurance/ Reinsurance clients (preferably outward or ceded)
  • Project management and effective change management skills to execute work through the various phases of the project lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience in target operating models and process design & development, project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives
  • Willings to travel as required
