Culinary Excellence at Dairy Queen

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment as needed
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
• Safe Food Handling certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
