  • Validate policy and benefit coverage for claimants.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate claim processing.
  • Manage and upload incoming correspondences, forms, and documentation for claims adjudication.
  • Update claim information in our systems, including Access and FINEOS.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Adjudicators, and Payment Specialists to resolve claims-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Related post-secondary education.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
