Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health and dental insurance, and other employee programs.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and benefits information.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:
