Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Administer benefits, including health and dental plans, and other HR programs
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations
  • Manage training and development strategies, including workshops and online courses
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College diploma or certificate in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Human Resources Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities, and have a strong work ethic.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30-35 hours per week.
