Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating HR-related activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
