At Dye & Durham Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Analytics Director to lead our analytics efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing analytics processes, developing advanced analytics techniques, and collaborating with stakeholders to create data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
  • Partner with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Product development, and other teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive commercial experience in an analytics role.
  • People management experience, able to be a motivational and inspirational leader to a global team.
  • Degree in an applied quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficient in Python, SAS, R or other analytic programming language, solving analytic problems.
  • Competent and confident in the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, etc. utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and concerns to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Executive level.
  • Experience in business case modeling, consolidations and multi-currency analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior analytical/problem-solving skills, with a passion and curiosity for data and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills, and ability to effectively handle a large volume and variety of duties.
