We're seeking an experienced Chief Machine Learning Operations Lead to join our AdTech team. In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers in developing and scaling advanced machine learning solutions for our advertising platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning Engineers, promoting collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing tools like TensorFlow, BigQuery, and Dataflow.
  • Create and maintain robust data pipelines to support machine learning models, ensuring high-quality and secure data.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver impactful results.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and cloud technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance our platform and capabilities.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, preferably in the AdTech domain.
  • Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • Expertise in building and deploying machine learning solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including experience with tools like BigQuery, Dataflow, and AI Platform.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
