Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead our paid search marketing strategy and drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing impactful paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to enhance bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including Google Tag Manager and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to ensure alignment between paid search strategies and overall marketing objectives
  • Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging platforms and advertising technologies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major platforms
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid search budgets
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing
