Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents, including demand letters and notices of sale
  • Communication with property managers, mortgagors, and clients

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as with minimum supervision when required
