Soccer Team Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer Team Manager to join our team at Little Kickers in Etobicoke, Toronto, ON, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching children through soccer training games with excellent verbal communication skills
- Finding the inner child to be playful and fun while engaging young children
- Providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our soccer programs
Requirements:
- Previous coaching/childcare experience (including parenting) is an advantage
- Outgoing, confident personality with a strong presence and ability to think quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills and physical fitness for the role
Working Conditions:
The role is part-time, approximately 4-6 hours per week on Saturday mornings.
Compensation:
$30-$45 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Estimated annual salary $24,000-$36,000.
